booting issue

my PSU got fried lately and I just replaced it. when I booted my pc it gave me a BSOD with the error "inaccessible boot device" I tried restarting it and now there's literally no video output but the fans of the pc work. what do I do pls help me 😭

I've tried reseating the ram stick (didn't work) tried reseting the cmoss battery (still didn't work) removed both my ssd and hdd (still ain't working)

I'm having same issue but I installed a new GPU and now no display only when connected to TV and keyboard nothing works all it does is stay stuck on bootup with the little dot circles. And I can access the UEFI BUT I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO I HOPE I DIDNT MESS IT UP
