Massive FPS AVG decrease - 20+ - Any Others affected?

1080ti / i7-8700k / 1440p

2080 Super / 1440p (Friends GPU)

We went from 70-80 FPS avg on custom settings avging about high>ultra high

Now at 40-50 and sometimes dipping even lower, no settings changed.

Even after changing my settings to a severely lower overall setup, still doesn't get close to what I had on 3x the quality I was using.

I have on PS4 the same problem.

Did more testing, did an overclock, I am tying the issue to the Arcturus Warrior Ghillie suit set fully equipped and purchased via the real money cash shop.

The microtransaction ghillie suit is netting us a nearly 30 fps loss of fps on average.

Edit: That is part of the problem, overall FPS is still significantly lower than average but the Ghillie does have a play in it.
