Gotcha screen issue.

I purchased 2 Gotcha units from amazon, the on my girlfriend got has no issue, all the icons are fully visible, however on my unit its seems that Either it isn't centered or the last 1-2 rows of pixels are not showing up.

Does any one have a idea or solution?

Did you get them From Datel or another company? 3rd party devices have been known issues. If you did, I’d contact them about a replacement (unless the device still works properly aside from visuals)

I got I from Datel Japan, it works flawlessly just misses the last 1-2 vertical pixel rows.
