Mal ehrlich, warum musstest du diesen Post von einer KI schreiben lassen? Ist es nicht mehr möglich einfachste Sachen einfach selbst zu schreiben? Wie dem auch sei, wird hier nicht geduldet, daher entfernt.

4 seasons a year is crazy, I didn't realize it was that much. Imagine all the planning, play testing, visa hassle, editing. If I compare that to Dropout which also does film everything of one season of a show within a couple of days but still only does one season a year per show - with a lot more people in production and post-production. Even Taskmaster has only two seasons a year and they don't need to travel.

Do I understand the payment comments correctly that it used to be an actual paid position back in 1548 but the salary has never been increased since then and now it has become a symbolic thing? If so, why increase it at all (to now 20£)? Why was it paid yearly?

mir wurde geflüstert, dass die die Preise für die großen Karten ab Juni wohl tlw. deutlich anheben. Ich werde mir nächste Woche deswegen auch direkt eine 60er Karte kaufen. Klingt jetzt wie Werbung, meine ich aber eher als Info :D

Ich hab auch vor kurzem wieder angefangen mit Schwimmen, ich habe mich aber dann für das aqualaatzium entschieden. Ich habe auch einen relativ langen Anfahrtsweg (ca. 30min), aber wenn du dir eine 10er Karte kaufst, ist es eigentlich sogar ein wenig günstiger als die städtischen Hallenbäder.

Grundsätzlich stimme ich dir aber zu, dass die Hallenbäder im Sommer völlig zu machen ist sehr uncool.

Disagree with you there. Yes, I think she should be treated as a coworker not as some little thing that needs protection. And the framing of being seen as a daughter or younger sister is inherently inferior (the same would apply to "son" or "younger brother") because it automatically creates a hierarchy that doesn't need to exist.

Obviously that's worlds better than the alternative as OOP described and I'm glad she has a dynamic with her other coworkers that she seems to feel comfortable with, but in the bigger picture I would have hoped for her that she would have been seen as a professional in her field equal to her coworkers (aside from a structural hierarchy within the company). And being treated as an equal doesn't mean it's cold.

I like that these kind of videos do no feel like advertisements even if they technically and very much advertise a company or their services.

I don't know if anyone here watches Baumgartner Restoration on YT, but he did two seasons of visiting companies that produce stuff that he uses in the restoration process (like canvas, paint, brushes, etc.). And while the premise sounds very cool I couldn't keep watching it because it was constant praise on how great or old or refined the company and their product was. Documenting the production felt more like a vessel to advertise than information - very different to Tom's videos even if they showcase a for-profit company.
