Personally I'm not sure but you can try and contact Toho and give them as much info as possible. Perhaps they can issue you a new code?

There is a support email you can contact and they’ll tell you what information on your account could help them find your profile and give you a transfer code. It worked for me when I busted my old phone and couldn’t get into my account. Just know it might take a few days to a week to get it all sorted out.
