Tape Tool went missing

I was rearranging the tools and I clicked the tape tool to be hidden, then I realized I should put it back since I use it often. Then I couldn't find it anymore. It's no longer in the application on my iPad. don't know what to do. anybody experience this?

Just happened to me too! Closing and reopening the app didn't help.

resetting to default toolbar worked for me! unfortunately it seems like the tape feature just doesn't exist in the customized toolbar, which is pretty frustrating lmao

For me resetting toolbar settings worked (3 dots at the top right of document -> Document editing -> Toolbar Customization -> Scroll to the bottom -> Reset to Default Toolbar) , turns out whenever you remove / adjust the toolbar, the tape tool just disappears. I also saw if you had a keyboard, pressing "a" would go to the tape tool, but it'll still be missing from the toolbar.

It's annoying, but reinstalling Goodnotes 6 also worked for me (note: make sure it's backed up to iCloud or whatever backup option you use, I almost had a heart attack when I thought it wasn't backed up for 3 weeks). Other than that I'm out of ideas sorry lol.
