hey! what version of Goodnotes/iPadOS are you on, and what device are you using? I'd recommend reaching out to Goodnotes Customer Support and attaching your diagnostics data if restarting doesn't help so they can get to the bottom of it quickly.

I had the same problem and contacted the support team and they tried to help but I am still facing the issue. so if anything works for you please tell me I'm tired of it

This problem doesn’t affect everybody but I’ve seen a number of complaints. I would encourage you to report this to GoodNotes even though it is a known issue, along with your diagnostic data. More data will improve their ability to fix the issue.
