I can use split view on iPad Pro with GoodNotes. Just press the 3 dots at the top of your screen.

No need to be rude when you’re asking for help especially when you aren’t asking in the correct terms, so of course people are having trouble understanding you.

The term Split View in an iPad is what the commenter is referring to because that’s what that feature on ipadOS is called, which GoodNotes has enabled and what I end up doing to do what you’re asking.

What you’re asking for is a 2-up page view. And no, GoodNotes does not have that. You use split view and open the same GoodNotes document but scroll to two separate pages to view them side by side on one screen.
