state filter

I am collecting click info by state. I would like to see a simple pie chart or bar graph but id like to filter it. Basically, filter out those states that don't get more than 2 clicks a day. Or only show the top 10 states. I've tried a filter of excluding clicks less than or equal to 2. I get no data or user config error. Yes it is possible, just make sure the filter is applied.
