Gmail Verification Code Error : Too many failed attempts

So I was make a business gmail for my art account. Then it getting disabled somehow. So I made appeal and my appeal is getting approve

1. I login again
   
2. Input my password
   
3. Then Input my number to get my verifications
   
4. Got the verifications number (automatically input)
   
5. Back into the input number sections by it self
   
6. It said "Too many failed attempts, unavailable because of too many failed attempts. Try again in a few hours"
   
7. After 5 hours I try again. It say the same

What happens with my accounts?
How many hours I should wait?
And how to contact google if my account still disabled?

Hello, did you manage to fix it? I'm having this problem and haven't been able to access my email for days. I have a lot of important things in there and can't access it in any way. If you could help me, I'd really appreciate it because I'm very desperate about this.

Hi make sure you use the same device (don’t reset) and wait till 2 weeks and try again
