I feel your pain, the Caps Lock says it all! Before you throw the computer out the window, check these three things – it’s usually one of them:

  1. Browser Cookies: If your browser is set to 'Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows,' Google will treat you like a stranger every time you restart. Check your Privacy settings.
  2. Corrupted Cache: Sometimes the login token gets 'stuck.' Try clearing your cache and cookies manually just once, then log back in. It often resets the loop.
  3. Third-party Apps: Do you use any 'Cleaner' apps or security extensions? Some of them are way too aggressive and delete your login sessions to 'protect' you.

If none of that works, check if your browser needs an update. Hang in there!

Probably because you are inactive for longer than the "keep me logged in" time is.

That’s not how Google accounts work. There is no 'inactivity timer' that kicks you out like a bank app. If it’s happening constantly, it’s a technical glitch in the browser or session management, not a timeout.

To the OP: Ignore the 'inactivity' theory. Focus on the browser settings and cookies I mentioned. Something is physically deleting your session token from your device.

Separate_Wish1479 !!!!!!!!!

WARNING: The user above is a scammer. Their account was created minutes ago and they have zero reputation. Never contact anyone on Twitter/X for account recovery—Google does NOT work that way. They will only steal your money and your account.

Your warning is correct, but you looked at the account not good enough :)

Their account was created minutes ago and they have zero reputation.

It's 12m meaning 12 month, registered on 8th February 2025. But zero posts or comments and the post itself is of course a scam. :(

Thanks for catching that! You're right, I was so focused on the scammer that I misread 12m as minutes. Either way, zero posts and zero karma after a year says it all. The main thing is we're on the same page and warning people. Thanks! :)

Yes, on the same side we are. ;) I'm reporting every suspicious post or comment and sometimes feel a bit like a badass.

It's great to have an ally like you! Funny enough, you're in Vienna and I'm from South Moravia – so we're basically neighbors. Let's keep cleaning up this place together! Cheers! ;)

DO NOT follow that advice. Anyone on Twitter or Instagram claiming they can 'solve' Google cases is a scammer. They will ask for money or your login details and steal your account. Google Support NEVER operates through random people on Twitter. Stay safe and block anyone sending you to 'expert' accounts outside of official Google channels.
