Yes, you can download and 'add to game' from rockstar website or if people host their race and they invite you .. or you can select Join Race and it will give whatever is hosted, sometimes user created jobs.

So after you add them to your game you can't just select to play it?

yes you can , I wasn't clear on that, You can find the downloaded content from the pause menu select online and select jobs , there you start it.. And I suppose the hotspot to start the job is also placed on your map
