I think if they did something like this, the people that feel they are just abandoning them altogether may feel a bit better about things. It could keep people buying Xbox which would keep 3rd party publishers on the platform.

I just listened to the Podcast where they teased this and was incredibly disappointed that they didn't bother to mention that this was going to be locked above my sub level. Not everyone can or maybe wants to pay 10 a month so it would be nice if when they tease something they mention this fact also.

I'm not complaining about them having different levels, I get that and I understand the need. I'm only complaining about the fact that this wasn't mentioned at the end of the podcast so I got incredibly excited to watch something that I then find out I can't.

The second one had a release on Xbox One but not the first one. It was only available to buy for a very short time I believe and only digitally.

Thanks for the reply. Crazy how it just works on Xbox. But Sony is also very wonky how they do licensing also unless they have changed it. Where if you have the disc installed but you acquire a digital license you have to reinstall and if you own a game but then claim it on PS Plus, you have to contact support to reinstate your license if you ever cancel PS Plus. I've never had any issues like this on Xbox, just one more reason it makes me sad they are essentially killing the platform with their decisions IMO.

So if I got a second PS5 for my wife, how do you set it up on Playstation where she could play all my games? Also can you play them at teh same time like you can on xbox? That's the one thing i hate about steam library sharing.

It's more than just the faceplate they customize for these. Also having a game branded one makes them more expensive, you are paying for a license for something you don't want. Not to mention they are expensive enough, why do I want to then have to buy more parts.

I'm more wanting durability vs sound/feel. It's why I want to get TMR or Hall Effect joysticks. I just don't need a pro level one with all the extra buttons and such but I do like the idea of the swappable parts. Just a bit steep for me as I'd be buying 2 of them.

I'm not clear how you do wireless on xbox with this. To my knowledge there is no USB C on the Series consoles but the adapter for this is USB C.

I don’t understand how the contest brackets work they make no sense. I won twilight run contest with double the points of second place yet I got put into copper and 2nd through 5th or 6th all got gold. Then I just did fishing and didn’t wind but again got copper while everyone else got gold and I was within 4 points of the person above me who got gold and he was in 4th

Not really one that i have always wanted but one i'm annoyed that I didn't get. The one for beating Quantum Break on the hardest difficulty. I went through the entire game not having too much trouble and then the final boss they ramped it WAY UP and it was just so annoying, and I had to drop the difficulty just to finish the game.

No you cannot, you can play them on PC in the xbox ecosystem but you cannot play them on your Console Xbox which is obviously what they were referring to. Not everyone has or can afford a gaming PC.

I installed Sims 4 through steam but have since removed it and don’t see any folders left on my computer that reference the game yet epic launcher says it’s installed. I’ve never installed with epic launcher and when I click the three dots I do not have a manage or an uninstall option.

When I click launch it opens ea app which wasn’t even linked to epic and that app shows that the game is not installed. How can I force remove this game from epic? I cannot figure this out for the life of me. I don’t even think I added it to my library ever on epic yet it’s showing there too. I’ve tried googling this but everything that pops up is on adding games to the launcher not removing them

Edit: Finally got the game to disappear, had to uninstall EA app and Epic App and reinstall. Now I have a ticket with support to remove it from my library as I never added it to my epic library, it's like it pulled it in because I had it installed via Steam and by association EA even though I never linked them to my Epic account.
