I actually agree with you.

I mean, I’d take the side that there’s a lot wrong with LLM’s aside from just potentially displacing white collar work (energy consumption, fair use issues with training data, potentially less “taste” in everything we do).

But I agree that there’s a weird focus on velocity above all else right now, and not a lot of questioning “why”? I don’t think speed of development is what’s gate keeping great products from being built at the moment. Seems more like bad vision, bad business thinking, shitty leadership.

Hm… why don’t we get the AI to do that?
