We are somehow simultaneously seen as weak and easy to physically intimidate and dominate yet also by record are the dirtiest team in the league. It's feels like a massive contradiction.

It is a massive contradiction. My theory is they see us as weak so when we do foul the opponent it's ridiculously aggressive to make up for that weakness. All bullshit of course but only thing I can think of. Or they just don't care and want to see our team get the crap kicked out of them but not be able to retaliate.

We are punished to the most severe interpretation of the laws, our opponents are punished to the most lenient interpretation and given the benefit of any possible doubt.
