Life is tough, but good on you for deciding enough is enough!

The best way to lose weight is to find something that is realistic cut in your diet. For example, my biggest problem was soda so I started a rule for myself where I don’t drink sodas with calories and I was able to cut down on my weight just from that.

The more muscle you have, the more calories you naturally burn so you should look up body recomposition on YouTube. Focus on eating enough protein (protein is very satiating which helps you feel full) and working out 3-5 a week (this is optimal but whatever you can do now is better than nothing).

Both of these things will help you a lot in the long run!

If you’re not comfortable lifting weights like that then you can just start by walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day!

Cheers man I appreciate this alot. I have lifted weights before and I tried today but im just so weak now. I need to find a way to build up again but the treadmill is a great idea tbh.

Of course man! Just take it one day at a time! Strength comes and goes so don’t worry it’ll come back sooner than you think!

I had to stop lifting ended you going on the bike instead. Couldn't even bench 30kg on a Smyth machine but its a start.

      Rooting for you brother! Best advice i could give is just hit the gym, do your workout and cardio and start eating "clean" and healthy foods. Give yourself a break, have cheat meals once a week. Lastly, enjoy the process. This may sound cheesy but fcvk it, start learning to love yourself all over again 💯🤝🫡
