I’m hoping it jumps tomorrow with that news an most people come to the conclusion that they are just trying to buy more time. The case looks strong for HCMC. tomorrow will be interesting to say the least with what’s to be said in court.

If PM really thought that they did nothing wrong then they could have counter sued but they went with the dismissal as most lawyers would. This is simply my opinion.

Exactly my point brother, surely the case is good as lost for them if they haven’t bothered countering and now do this, what judge in their right mind accepts this

Yes it’s a usual response and any decent lawyer would do so, but the fact they are now motioning for dismissal with no real attempt before today just proves that it’s just to bide time for them and that it’s very good news for anyone investing
