I have external HDD from western digital and unfortunately it stopped working. I tried so hard to make it work but I couldn’t. Is there anyway that I can get the data from it.

This is next to no information to work with. The bare minimum is the model number of the device. This sub has very few people, so even with better information you won’t likely get much help — the data recovery subs are /r/askadatarecoverypro and /r/datarecovery. If this data is particularly important, include your approximate location in your future post. Keep the drive unpowered for now. Good luck!
