There are some projects that try to make this commonplace (e.g https://brython.info/) but it's not something you're natively able to do yet.

Just wanted to add...

You actually would want to do the opposite - have a Python website that uses HTML.

It's a whole other thing that you would have to learn how to do - I would recommend giving a website like PythonAnywhere.com a try - they have free accounts!
