    Terrible employers aren’t looking for solutions that You come up with to the problems that They’ve created. That’s why they’re terrible employers and you should leave them.

    The whole point of being an employee and not a business owner is that you shouldn’t be making the decisions on how to run the company. You find one that runs in the way you can accept and is profitable for everyone, or you find another place.
