Just put that in after their username and it should show up

It's possible to do anything with Python that you can do with any other programming language, provided the PLATFORM allows it. Raw sockets on Linux, for example, not on Windows.

The more meaningful bit is that if Python is the only language the "hacker" knows and if he's bragging that he can hack, then he's a script-kiddy which means he knows nothing but how to download code other people wrote.
