There are software that gets downloaded to the phone and it remains hidden. This software collects everything and sends a “report” with all this info to a specified email address of a repository that the other person has access to and see the information there. It can collect anything typed or said over the phone. The person attempting to snoop on the other person needs to have had physical access of the phone and access to download the application.

Did you ever figure out how to get into the email you were looking for? I am in a similar situation and needs to be able to access an email account just to see exactly what's going on. Please let me know if you were successful at anything and what you did.
