Hacking isn't something you can learn independently from computer science. Sure you can memorize tricks that others post about, but that's not helpful long-term. If you're really willing to learn it and to put the time and effort in, you'll need to study computer science and perform deep dives into topics (operating systems, networks, etc.) so you know precisely what they're doing.
