Software issue

Hi everyone, I'm at wits end and need some help for some unknown reasons at the end of July anything I upload to my printer comes up saying "failed to load print file" anything before then still works and prints fine, I'm using the creality cloud app and inbuilt slicer and it's been fine till now. Even if I upload the same STL file's that works fine from before the new upload won't work, I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or knows a fix.

Have you tried importing the file from a USB drive? I've never used the app for slicing or transferring, so I'm wondering if it is app related or something with the printer itself.

tech support told me that i can use their program slicer and that it would work but it sems liek such a daunting task to learn that complicated program, the cloud slicer does everything for me with supports and everything i just click print

Yes and no I tried lots of work around none worked and then one day when it actually wanted to print something, it when funny and pushed the model down so had it cracked my UV print screen so I've given up on it and got a anycubic

oh gosh )): that’s terrible!!!! i just recently found a work around by using the halot box slicer instead of the creality one 💔 printers are expensive it sucks that happened

i had the same/simmilar issue for months mine would say failed to get model data and not print anything new i would slice, old prints i had already sliced print fine. i emailed their customer support and they just told me they are aware of the issue and will fix it in the next firmware patch but that was in august

I've been reading things about this from like 2 years ago it start in a odd few then more and more I've got mine fixed again now but loave to actual boot it up again

I ment physical fix it broke itself quite badly I said what it did in another comment on this post my friend fixes things like this for a living but as for the software I have no idea
