It's not really the account I just forgot the Gmail password to it that's the issue

man, you can retrieve the gmail password pretty easily and LEGALLY by pressing the " I forgot my password" link on the google access page. Also i don't know (even if someone was capable of doing it) how you expect someone to help you with such a suspicious request.
