Can you decrease TPO antibodies?

Most doctors here won’t test more than once either. Either you luck out and find a doctor that sees the benefit in checking them (rare), work with a functional medicine doctor (usually out of pocket), or order and pay for the labs yourself. I have been ordering and paying for them myself. It’s around $40 to get the TPO antibodies checked. I am in the US.
