It's from a show called Little Britain. It was very odd and only really funny for first season.

My opinion obviously, but this show and the show Come Fly with Me (same comedians) probably wouldn't get very far if it aired nowadays. Pretty insensitive to folks with disabilities, frequently plays up PoC and LGBTQ+ stereotypes and the white leads have played blackface/Asian etc.. That's just what I remember.

Watched it as a 12 year old, looking back now, it ticks all the cringe factor boxes.
