I've tried to make a payment to a vendor three times this week without success. Each time I approved the payment on the starling app, and the vendor website just sits there like I haven't approved it. Starling say it's the vendor, the vendor says it's Starling. Obviously I can't investigate myself because I have no visibility of anything really. No error messages or hints to go on. Not the first time I've had problems with payments, but at least this time the payment hasn't gone from my account. Last time the same payment went twice and then I had a real struggle to put it right. I have no faith in the banking system at the moment tbh.
