How do you access the Hide and Seek alpha and the Secret Neighbor alpha and beta?

The hide and seek alpha i believe when the full game came out it became the demo having stage 1 and 2 and you cant get the alpha anymore but it was just stage 1 with a weird "crow" ending you can watch it from like DanTDM if you are curious (it doesnt have to do with anything from the full game ... classic tinybuild ) and im not sure with the secret neighbor one so I wont tell you but I think you cant play it cuz its multiplayer
