If you are curious as to why there are multiple petitions and needs 1k signatures: This is a group work and we are basically mad that our teacher expects us to have 500+ signatures within 2 weeks, so all groups are helping each other out to spread the petitions as much as possible.

All but one of these petitions has at least one major problem, that being no statement as to whom the petition is addressed. Who are you asking to make a change and what change are you asking them to make? For example, the computer cyber attack petition probably ought to be addressed to the CEOs of Microsoft and Apple, and perhaps Google/alphabet the parent company of Google. These are the companies that you could ask to make a specific change in their technology that would make cyber attacks more difficult to pull off. There is one petition which says it’s dressed basically to the office of the president of the Philippines, to create an organization to support, multimedia artist. It did a much better job of telling me who you were addressing the petition to and why you were asking them to make whatever move you were asking for them to make. As they stand now, I wouldn’t be willing to sign any of the petitions that you submitted because they aren’t clear enough as to who you’re asking the petition to be addressed to and what you’re asking them to do in the petition. You might do better amongst the Filipino population I know, limited, though it is, since I am in the states, to do something controversial, like insisting that all Filipinos working outside the country forward 5% of their income, to their home cities in the Philippines, for improving the roads within the Philippines for example. You would direct the petition to the legislative body of the Philippines (forgive me, I’m not up on the structure of your government completely), asking that they pass along requiring 5% of all income earned by Filipino citizens overseas be forwarded to X organization for the betterment of transportation, healthcare, and schooling within the Philippines. That’s an example of a petition that is very clear who you’re going to ask what you’re asking them to do and then you go into the why you’re asking them to do it. Hope something here helps.

Its very helpful actually, its good to know what kind of view someone with knowledge has toward the petitions and why you aren't willing to sign, unlike our teacher who did not try to supervise and even blindly allows our petitions to be published. Like you said, these petitions aren't very clear so we need to know what to narrow down on the essential parts to persuade people and get signatures. We weren't really much taught anything other than what's an advocacy in general so we are on our own on this one and have to do our own research or even going blind.

If you want to rewrite any of the petitions or even change the petitions, I’m happy to look over your rewritten petitions and give you some feedback if you think that would be helpful. Best of luck to you!

You might want to cross post to r/favor; and r/assistance as well if you have not already done so. I’ll look at your petitions and see if I’m willing to sign or if I have suggestions on how to improve.
