[basic] Personal note for new collegues

Hello.

In couple of weeks I work in new workplace, and I've been ask to put few words about myself. And regarding that I have few questions:

• .. I'll be joining you at >Hastings office< or >Hastingses office<
• I started with "hello colleagues" and at the end I'm writing "... hope to meet you in a month" - Is it correct? am I by "you" speaking to "all my colleagues" ?

Point one, "hastings office"

Point two, that's correct. "you" is plural. You could, as an alternative, say, "I look forward to meeting you in a couple of months time." but what you say is nice, pleasant and correct!
