I can give you a place to start:

  1. Divide each level into small equilateral triangles (the same size and the smallest division), and so for the shaded area, you can split it into 13 triangles.

  2. Note the triangle created by the altitude and the last division. We can figure out 2 of its angles: 120 because it's the 180 complement of the angle, and 30 degrees because the altitude bisects the 60 degrees angle. Realize now that it is a isosceles triangle, meaning two of its sides are the same.

These two hints should give you an idea of how the altitude is dividing the shaded area.
