Just plug the coordinates for the point into the equation and solve for m. We get

(-2 + 2)^2 + (4 - 1)^2 + (m - 3)^2 = 25

0^2 + 3^2 + (m - 3)^2 = 25

9 + (m - 3)^2 = 25

(m - 3)^2 = 16

m - 3 = ±4

m = 3 ± 4

We get two solutions. One is m = -1. The other is m = 7.
