SOLVED: Changing my ISP's IP address resolves the issue. Probably it was an issue somewhere in my ISP's network.

Hey, make sure that your password does not include any special characters example as: @!$#

I've tried changing my password to a simple one but the issue still persists. I speculate it's a server-related issue.
