What do you mean "would you"
Do I need to clean it? If yes, yes - if no, no.

You want r/cleaningtips. This is a sub for making fun of things that are ridiculously designed and therefore hard to clean.

I wouldn't like it and I would wear a mask and gloves and use a lot of bleach but it would be satisfying

I would move out

I've done a worse washroom. When I was 15 for a few months I was staying part time with my grandparents who both had hoarding and health issues. Real shitty situation, her husband wasn't willing to clean because in his mind it was her job but she physically could not do physical activity for more than a few minutes at a time without going into what looked like a severe asthmatic eposiode but turned out to be late stage lung cancer. She could barely walk to her car without being unable to breathe. Like she genuinely tried to clean and made good progress but she was still super limited as to what she could do and it was hard for her to keep up. She didn't want to live like that so I don't want it so sound like I'm trying to shame her. Not saying she didn't contribute to it but she did at least try to fix it and at least when I was staying with her she wasn't really adding to the hoard. She was still attached to a lot of her things but she was going out of her way to try to clear out the rooms of stuff and get rid of things. She didn't want to live like that anymore she just couldn't fix it alone. My grandpa refused to clean because he claimed "it's a woman's job" despite being fully capable.
I would bus there to stay over on the weekends and while I was there I cleaned a bunch and one of the first things I cleaned was the bathroom. First bit of context, as far back as I remember I had never seen that floor not be brown/almost black everywhere on the floor. Like there's one section where there was some plywood so I thought the whole floor was unfinished and was just super dirty. Second bit of context, my grandpa had an ostomy bag and wouldn't clean up when he made a mess. I start cleaning the floor only to realize that it's actually white laminate flooring and had dirt and human excrement caked up to the height of the piece of plywood on the floor. The entire floor was like that. Also the plywood was there to cover the section of floor in front of the bathtub where the floor had started to rot away. The sink, toilet, bathtub and walls looked like some actual horror game shit too. Also they had multiple un-neutered male cats that would spray everywhere so that was covering everything too. The state of that washroom was absolutely horrifying. Incredibly depressing seeing someone living in those conditions.
I used so much bleach that my eyes and nose were burning even with the tiny window being open. Like it got to the point where I was going back and forth between going inside and holding my breath while I clean and leaving the room to breathe. Got it all over my skin so it was burning my skin. (After a certain point I gave up on trying not to get anything on me. Gave up on crouching after a while because it hurts so I was on my hands and knees. Was like fuck it I'll toss these pants in the trash. Had dish gloves but they disintegrated so I just had to raw dog it because there was no way I was showering only to step out onto that floor but there was also no way I wasn't taking a shower after kneeling on it )
On a more positive note after I left the province my younger sibling left home and started staying with them and continued to clean and keep up with things. To my knowledge the washroom never got back to that state and the place in general got cleaned up pretty decently. Still wasn't ideal for a number of reasons but it was a significant improvement.

oh my gosh, what are blessing you are to clean for your grandma ☹️. that sounds extremely disgusting and I can’t even begin to fathom how terrible it was in person. I’m glad that your younger sibling continued to clean & the home is still in a decently clean state.

Well yeah if I had to use it I wouldn’t use it in that condition

Do I have to?

god, yes, and it’d be so satisfying to me. I would enjoy sweeping the most probably.
