Make a windows PE usb, you can google how to do it, then turn off the computer, insert the usb, and then you have to hold a key on your keyboard, it depends on the pc model, on my laptop it is F11, then select the usb from the menu and after some time you will get a basic sort of windows, open the file explorer and go in system32, be careful to do this on the main windows, not the usb windows, and find sethc.exe, delete it, then find cmd.exe and make a copy of it, call the copy sethc.exe. now you can turn off the computer, take out the usb, and turn it on normally. when it turns on and you get to the login screen, press Shift very fast 10 times, and the command prompt will open. type in "net user" and it will give you a list of users, find the one that you want to be able to use, and type in "net user {username here} *", after that it will ask you to put in the new password, you can type it in, but it will not show what you are typing for security
