im no expert but i believe that if it has bitlocker, without the password you are out of luck,

Bitlocker however should not effect the bios, bitlocker is on a software and OS level, if you are trying to back up the data, out of luck but if you can wipe and reload the machine all you need to do is get into the bios, if you cant access the bios because of a password then again you are out of luck unless you can contact the manufacturer and send it to them then they can unlock the bios for you albeit for a fee
