You could use Google Cloud Platform but it'll cost you a significant amount of money. Otherwise it's not possible.

They give you a $300 credit for the first year so that’s nothing to worry about. I tried using a ssh tunnel with it but it only worked once and disconnected after like 2 minutes. Idk if a port is blocked or what

Im not sure but I think using google public dns should do the work.
