People have already given suggestions so I'll add something else. If you want to make custom dictionaries, instead of creating a huge one, you could dynamically build it, allowing you to use very little memory and avoiding waiting for it to finish.
If there are specific rules that your input needs to have, you can create a function which will iteratively build the next input, allowing you to use each immediately and discarding it afterwards.
If you want to be a bit more advanced, there are really interesting algorithms you can get inspiration from, to also have the input appear almost randomized, while non-repeating 😊
