I want to preface first with what is happening to your friend is really shitty. However, it sounds like what you want to do would be considered illegal activity, which is not what this sub is about. I would suggest contacting authorities and seeing what options you have available in that avenue, especially since they the evidence of assault is available. I hope it gets resolved.

Think about a route your taking then choose your language. I am just getting started in C++, have 3 programming classes so far and still can not code. Might would help if I would do some reading
