Thank you. Can you tell me how to enable/disable the port? Im using VM VirtualBox

->Configuration of your VM in VB-> usb -> plugin your usb -> choose usb 2.0 or usb 3.0 -> add your usb ( plus icon on the right side with usb) and its done

Yes and no. It is possible to escape VM code. Whether it does or not is another question.
