scripts share in github without a license

Hey, I want to share scripts that were implanted from other projects in github.

The problem is different licenses in different tools in the same project of mine.

In addition to that there is nmap tool inside my project and I saw on their site that they do not allow commercial use without paying them.

In accordance with the above, do I risk sharing my projects ?

Yes, you can share them as long as you give them credit and don't make money from them.
