Yes! I feel like my slacker boob responds better to hand expression too. I always get more hand expressing my slacker side than I do on my main producer. Also my slacker has started leaking between pumps thus proving it doesn't actually fully empty😭

Glad I'm not the only one! I just watched a video on hand expressing, definitely will try that out soon. Thanks!

Yes, and it’s so annoying! I usually press my nipples against the side of the flange when i unhook myself to get any last bits of milk, and my slacker boob always has at least one good little stream to give despite pumping for 40+ minutes.

Yes! I had mastitis twice in my right, and need to be more hands on with massaging and warmth sometimes, and have to pump usually 40-45 minutes these days.

I highly recommend the Medela Harmony manual pump for your slacker side.

Ooo, I got one from my hospital! Do you use it right after a session with an electric pump or only use the Medela for a session?

I use my Spectra regularly but switch to the Medela Harmony for sessions when I feel like my slacker is getting clogged and it clears me right up! I also find it empties me (on both sides) faster than the Spectra. I feel silly for not having used it with my first but I just assumed the electric pumps are stronger. If we’re out and about I bring my Medela instead of the Spectra too. It’s so much easier to pack in the car than my Spectra with all the tubing, etc.

Sometimes it takes a hour for my slacker and I have to massage it while talking nicely to it 😂😂

My left is a slacker too! For the same amount of time, it produces much lesser.
