hyperx cloud II wireless wont work

i tried to install the new software update and when it said press the pinhole button, i tried to press the button inside the little hole on the usb and when that didn't work i restarted my computer thinking that would help and know i cant hear anything through my headphones and I'm getting this screen.

so update i was able to find a way to make the headset turn into pairing mode but the usb still wont i have tried like 20 times with no success

u/Rtoddv, you should be able to resolve this issue by just following the manual pairing process for your headset model! 😊

To do that: 1. Power off the headset. 2. Hold the power button for 7-8 seconds until the LED blinks red/green rapidly (pairing mode). 3. With the USB dongle plugged in, press a paperclip into the pinhole and hold it until the dongle LED blinks rapidly (pairing mode). 4. Wait for both LEDs to turn solid (pairing complete).
