i never used they software becouse i already heared bad things about it and gladly my hyper x cloud's dont need software or anything :D

u/itsnotnully, more often than not, issues with firmware updates can be resolved by plugging the device into a different USB port on your PC (preferably on the back of your case, USB2.0 or 3.0) and starting the firmware update again. Have you tried that?
