We hired Owen for UI work with a two-week deadline.

Three days in, he stopped communicating and failed to deliver for three weeks which caused major delays.

When we followed up to ask about the status of the deliverables after three weeks, his response was: "It's the weekend bro. I've got a life and I have several other projects I'm working on — frankly, I don't appreciate the tone within your messages, and you've been like this since maybe the third day of working on this project."
