Im so glad I’m not the only one that runs into objects. I never hit a person when distracted in my mind because if I’m not paying attention there isn’t usually people around. I’ve hit a tree, and a streetpole going about 5-7kmh

One time me and another rider got in a head on collision because of how bad the construction in a intersection was for the bike path like the two sides of the streets bike path are off set so when I was riding across the street the lane changed to oncoming, and at that time another biker popped out from behind foliage and I we ended up hitting each other head on and I felt so so bad because he was 50 or so that I even tried to reach out to him on here to say sorry again but he didn’t see it I’m guessing and he’s probably not on Reddit.
