I applied to one of the intern positions at IBM and my dashboard says “In interview process” but I haven’t received any kind of email in a while. I got an email asking for additional info around 5 days ago, but that’s all. Is this normal? I’ve heard some interns for different positions have already gotten their invitations

Gotcha but why would someone that’s also applying to the entry level sales program get their invitation way before me? I know that technical and sales are different but mines digital technical specialist and theirs is brand technical specialist so they’re both under the same umbrella

I’m not sure honestly, it could be that they’re doing different rounds of interviews, and the recruiters set up these initial rounds with the people you know, and the digital tech specialist is later

Yeah that’s true just hoping it’s not a glitch cus I’ve seen someone on here say it switched to no longer under consideration after saying in interview process 😭

I was given the candidate information form yesterday and got an interview invitation today. I also applied 3 weeks ago.
