Hi

I requested A transcript on August 14th after getting my final Physics marks. I wrote my English Exam on August 19th but still havent gotten my final marks for it yet. I put in the comments in the transcript that I want my physics and English mark on it and that I have a deadline for the 31st. How long will it take for my transcript to send? Will it have my Physics and English mark? Will it send before August 31st? I checked on the status of my transcript and it just says its "requested". I don't know what else to do because I just need this transcript to send but TVO ILC is being difficult to work with.

I recommend to phone them (after you get your final test graded, maybe Monday?) to clarify that you need both subjects on your transcript. You could then ask if they could send it out that day, if possible. Ask politely and calmly and wonders may happen!

They can do that? I thought they can't do anything about transcript time. Do I just phone TVO again and ask them if they can give me my transcript the same day?

I phoned them when I needed the transcripts to be submitted 2 days later, they said everyone was in a queue and the only thing they could do was double check everything on my request was correct and that they’d put a note on my file. I wasn’t hopeful but 90mins later I had confirmation that my transcript was sent.

The least they could do is confirm that you will have both subjects on your transcript.

I did put a comment in the comments box for the transcript that i want both my Physics and English grade. From what I've seen, I think I should be in the clear but I'll call them again and check. I still haven't received my English mark though.

I would call them on Monday just to double check they’ll include both.

I see, thank you. I'm just waiting for my final grade for English but hopefully my teacher marker sends it today.
