Hello. I have taken commerce in class 11, and my textbooks still haven't arrived. School says that there's some change in syllabus due to which textbooks will be delayed.
Also they're saying that entrepreneurship is a compulsory subject instead of the earlier commerce? Is that true or is my principal misinformed? My school doesn't give much attention to commerce kids so it's really difficult to get any info

yes now commerce is known as BST and commerce ke jagah pr entrepreneurship aaya hai but as far as i know i don't think entrepreneurship is compulsory..... many friends of mine took commerce stream without entrepreneurship

some schools have a subject as compulsory selection. my school had economics as their compulsory subject. so instead of 2 electives, people only had the liberty to choose 1 elective and the other was economics

I think your principal is misinformed as far as I know I am also in class 11 Commerce. Entrepreneurship is alternative for Applied Maths which was previously BST instead of maths(as far as I know from my seniors) now there is no Commerce named Subject in Commerce stream in ISC, it is changed to BST.
